Of the 10 countries that I’ve had the wonderful fortune to visit over the past four months, Dominican Republic is the first that I could realistically see myself living in for a long period of time. This Caribbean nation has it all: beaches, mountains, perfect climate, and amazing people. However, like Cuba, the Spanish here is fast & furious. I’m doing my best to keep up. Fortunately I have friends in the capital city of Santo Domingo, so I’m holding my own (for now). I have two weeks in this wonderful country and plan to make the most of every minute. While here, I have several photo shoots on tap. Can’t wait.
